Sen. Dahle: Divisive Curriculum Has No Place in Our Schools

Small, rural ones districts do not have the resources – time and money – to develop their own curriculum. The only pre-packaged models currently available are opposed by a wide-variety of groups because of their discriminatory views. We need to do better in providing accurate and less divisive curriculum in our schools. We should take more time to develop a well-constructed curriculum before we force schools to adopt something that we teach children in perpetuity.
